CKC Catering returns to the Left Coast vineyards for this end-of-summer wine-pairing dinner. That Oatmeal will be served in cookie form as an afternoon snack, and the pairing menu is as follows:
Asian Cucumber Salad with Pinot Gris
Watermelon Gazpacho with Rose of Pinot Noir
Grilled Veggie Tureen with Cali’s Cuvee Pinot Noir
Chocolate Lava Cake with Suzanne’s Reserve Pinot Noir
